Where we ship

We ship from Oslo, Norway, to Norway and all EU countries, including Sweden and Denmark.

Shipping costs

• Norway: free
• Sweden: 199 SEK
• Denmark: 139 DKK
• Other EU countries: €19

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery times after dispatch are 1–4 business days in Norway and 2–8 business days to Sweden, Denmark and the rest of the EU. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will contact you, and you can cancel your order.

You will receive an email with tracking when your order has shipped.

Import VAT and duties outside Norway

Norway is not part of the EU, so orders to Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries are imported. Prices for these countries do not include import VAT. Import VAT, any customs duty and the carrier’s handling fee are charged on delivery and paid by the recipient. The amount depends on your country.

Orders delivered in Norway include 25% Norwegian VAT (MVA).

Lost or damaged parcels

The parcel is our responsibility until you receive it. If it arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at support@sotanordic.com and we will sort it out.
