Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in Norway, the EU or the EEA, you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you, or someone you name, receive the item.

To cancel, send us a clear message by email to support@sotanordic.com before the 14 days have passed. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your message before the deadline.

Returning the item

Send the item back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you told us you are cancelling, to:

You pay the direct cost of returning the item. You choose how to send it, but we recommend a trackable service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. If you return from outside Norway, include your order number and mark the customs declaration as returned goods.

You may try the jeans on as you would in a shop. If the item has been handled more than needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund everything you paid us, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. The refund is made to the payment method you used.

Import VAT, customs duty and carrier fees paid on delivery outside Norway are charged by the authorities and the carrier, not by us. Ask your local customs authority or the carrier about getting import VAT back on returned goods.

Faulty items and complaints

If something is wrong with your item, you have rights under consumer law. In Norway you can complain up to two years after you received the item (five years for goods meant to last considerably longer), and in the EU at least two years. Let us know within a reasonable time after you discover the fault, ideally with a photo. We cover the return cost for faulty items.
